Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills

Cardiotennis and Mixed Up Drills are fun group classes featuring drills to give players an ultimate, high energy workout. If you are looking for a great new to way to get in shape and to burn calories, come try Cardiotennis and Mixed Up Drills!

Cardiotennis

  • Monday 10:00-11:00 am.
  • Tuesday 10:30-11:30 (2.5)
  • Wednesday 10:30-11:30 am.
  • Thursday 10:30-11:30 (2.5)
  • Friday 10:00-11:00 am.
  • Saturday 12:00-1:00 pm.

Mixed Up Drills

  • Monday 7:00-8:30 pm
  • Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm.
  • Saturday 8:00-9:30 am. (Men’s group)
  • Sunday 2:30-4:00 pm
