Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills

Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills are fun group classes that provide the ultimate in super-high energy exercise! Each class includes a warm up, speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases. Not only will you improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, and burn calories during these sessions, you'll also build the stamina and endurance needed for long matches. Check out our schedule of cardio tennis and mixed up drills -- and come try it out! *Due to liability concerns and for player safety, Juniors may attend Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills if they have a UTR of 3.0 or above, or are qualified as a champ/super-champ or at the discretion of the instructor.

Cardio Tennis

Build your strength and endurance! Take your fitness and your game to the next level with fast-paced cardio tennis on the following days:
  • Monday  --  10:30-11:30 am
  • Wednesday  --  10:30-11:30 am
  • Friday  -- 10:00-11:00 am
  • Saturday  -- 12:00-1:00 pm

Mixed-Up Drills

Mix it up with mixed-up drills at these times:
  • Mixed-up Doubles drills  --  Monday 7:00-8:30 pm
  • Mixed-up Drills 3.5 and below  -- Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm

Private Cardio Classes
