Cardiotennis
- Monday 10:00-11:00 am.
- Tuesday 10:30-11:30 (2.5)
- Wednesday 10:30-11:30 am.
- Thursday 10:30-11:30 (2.5)
- Friday 10:00-11:00 am.
- Saturday 12:00-1:00 pm.
Mixed Up Drills
- Monday 7:00-8:30 pm
- Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm.
- Saturday 8:00-9:30 am. (Men’s group)
- Sunday 2:30-4:00 pm

*Due to liability concerns and for player safety, only tennis members aged 18 & over can attend Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills.
