Group Fitness Classes
Exercise, whether it’s low impact or high intensity, strengthens your muscles, increases your heart and aerobic health, and improves your overall well-being too. Exercising in a group just makes it more fun! Group fitness classes, including Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills, will help you add energy to your every day. Group exercise at our Lubbock health club ranges from the body awareness of yoga, pilates, and barre to the body conditioning of Les Mills classes (like BODYPUMP and BODYCOMBAT), Tabata, Zumba, and resistance intervals.
Try one or try them all — you decide what works best for you! Check out the class schedule, bring a towel and water bottle, and get ready to get moving. (Classes can be modified for beginners as well as pre- and post-natal moms). See you in class!
