Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills are fun group classes featuring drills to give players an ultimate, high energy workout. Each class includes a warm up, speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, come and try Cardio Tennis or Mixed Up Drills!

*Due to liability concerns and for player safety, Juniors may attend Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills if they have a UTR of 3.0 or above, or are qualified as a champ/super-champ or at the discretion of the instructor.

Cardio Tennis

  • Monday 10:30-11:30 am
  • Wednesday 10:30-11:30 am
  • Friday 10:00-11:00 am
  • Saturday 12:00-1:00 pm

Mixed-Up Drills

  • Mixed-up Doubles drills: Monday 7:00-8:30 pm
  • Mixed-up Drills 3.5 and below: Thursday 7:00-8:30 pm
