Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills are fun group classes featuring drills to give players an ultimate, high energy workout. Each class includes a warm up, speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, come and try Cardio Tennis or Mixed Up Drills!

*Due to liability concerns and for player safety, Juniors may attend Cardio Tennis & Mixed Up Drills if they have a UTR of 3.0 or above, or are qualified as a champ/super-champ or at the discretion of the instructor.

Cardio Fit


  • Thirty-minute core-strength training
  • Followed by 30-minute Cardio Tennis class on court
  • Monday 11:15-12:00 pm
  • Wednesday 10:30-11:15 am
  • Friday 10:15-11:00 am
  • Saturday 12:00-12:45 pm
