Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Cardio Tennis includes a warm up, speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis

Cardio Fit:

  • Thirty-minute core-strength training
  • Followed by 30-minute Cardio Tennis class on court
  • Monday 11:15-12:00 P.M.
  • Wednesday 11:15-12:00 P.M
  • Friday 10:30-11:15 A.M.

Plus Cardio Tennis:

  • Men’s 3.5
  • Saturday 8:00-9:30 A.M
