Cardio Tennis includes a warm up, speed and agility drills, cardio workout, and cool down phases.   • Thirty-minute core-strength training
  • Followed by 30-minute Cardio Tennis class on court
  • Monday 11:15-12:00 pm
  • Wednesday 10:30-11:15 am
  • Friday 10:15-11:00 am
  • Saturday 12:00-12:45 pm
